Quick and Early Function Points

Practical Sizing Techniques Early in the Development Cycle
How do you estimate or size what you don't know? How much time is left for this sprint or development phase? When will you be done? Measuring and communicating progress is an important part of delivering value to the business for Agile software teams or traditional waterfall teams. Existing predictive methods can be cumbersome and ineffective in communicating progress or actual outcomes. There are methods that work well early and for all kinds of development methods including Agile and Waterfall.

This 1 day class provides training in an easy-to-understand concept and easy-to-use technique for sizing units of work to support estimating and measuring progress during sprints and traditional lifecycles.

DCG's one day QEFP Class is designed to help you learn the simple and powerful functional requirements measurement method and how to apply them in your business workstreams and culture.

Available exclusively as a 1 day on-site course
