“The Five day boot camp was fundamental in finally moving desire and intent to action and process. DCG worked in the trenches with us helping us master the principles and concepts so we could eventually stand on our own. Our measurement program continues to grow and expand into other parts of the organization thanks to this boot camp.”
Head of Metrics, Major North American Telcom Company Overview
The FP Boot Camp starts with FP Fundamentals training followed by FPs in
Emerging Technical Environments instruction. Immediately thereafter, the participants are
immersed in case studies and exercises to practice what they learned in
real-world scenarios based on actual company requirements and specifications,
hence the need for the NDA. In the final segments of training, your team is
given a starting point estimation model, containing DCG Industry Benchmark
Data, to configure and seed with your project

moving forward without their organization.
