Estimation Techniques Workshop
The three-day Estimation Techniques Workshop provides a facilitated training experience for individuals who are involved with the production and management of software project estimates. We will help you to understand estimation and sizing as it applies to your origanization and how to identify which process changes are required to fulfill your estimation objectives. The workshop is a combination of lecture, exercises and discussion.
In the workshop, you will:

- Understand the interaction of complexity, process and behavior attributes within the software estimation process
- Discover the necessity of sizing and how it normalizes your data for consistency and accuracy
