delivery practices for the process improvement community. The goal of
this group is share experiences, in as positive a manner as possible,
for mutual benefit.
With this group, we are discussing establishing a Software
Development Performance and Quality Specification that can help
organizations benchmark performance (cost and time) and quality against
a group-maintained industry standard. The goal of this group is to
generate ideas to be developed into a specification for mutual benefit.
A sub-goal will be to automate as much measurement as possible.
