Award, sponsored by the David Consulting Group, was presented to Tania Skinner from the Intel Corporation at the International Function Point Users Group (IFPUG)’s Second Annual International Software Measurement & Analysis (ISMA) Conference and Workshops, held September 9–14, 2007 at the Flamingo Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.
